Solamas Sdn Bhd provides reliable and robust solar power systems and solutions designed to meet clients’ specific requirements and applications. These systems are designed for the tropical environment like Malaysia. Many other systems designed for temperate regions do not necessarily perform well in the tropical climate.

Solamas systems were also successfully implemented in regions with extreme temperature variances from the temperate zone to the deserts. Solamas designed charge controllers are water and shock proof designed and made to withstand the rigors of the tropical environment.

Solamas Sdn Bhd and group have to-date implemented more than 40 projects in addition to many systems and components supplied as OE to various other solar projects and rectified some imported systems and designs.

The projects include the SIRIM joint venture Kuala Lumpur City Council parking meters, the Aircraft Warning Lights for Bintulu Airport, streetlights, perimeter & garden lighting and power to GSM transmission towers in the African regions.

In recent years we have also helped Malaysian plantations explore the possibilities of using solar energy as an alternative power source for workers quarters. They in turn have used our systems in other innovative ways to meet their own needs.
